World Usability Day in Beijing

World Usability Day

uiGarden is organising the WUD event in Beijing on 3 November 2005. The event will demonstrate the usability/accessibility problems of public establishments in the city as well as including suggestions on possible solutions.

As Beijing will be the host city for Olympic Games in 2008, these useful suggestions to improve the usability of public establishments will raise the public awareness of usability in Beijing. We will consider the given problems and suggestions in the first stage and evaluate later with usability experts giving the results on 3 November.

The event will also be broadcasting on local TV stations.

Target audience: usability worker, interaction designer, product designer, city planner, local Olympics committee member, students and publics.
